With coding skills, I can pursue roles in product design, web development, software engineering, data analysis, mobile app development, and many more. Problem-solving abilities: Coding teaches you how to think logically and break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable tasks. This problem-solving mindset can be beneficial in various aspects of life, not just in coding itself. Creativity and innovation: Coding empowers me to turn my ideas into reality. It provides a platform to create websites, apps, games, and other digital products that can have a positive impact on people's lives. It allows me to bring my creative visions to life. Empowerment and independence: Understanding coding gives me the ability to build and maintain my digital presence. I can create websites, customize online platforms, and automate repetitive tasks, which can save time and give me more control over my digital experiences. Collaboration and community: Coding is often a collaborative process. By learning to code with SheCodes, I can become part of a supportive community of learners and professionals who can help me grow and improve my skills. Loveth has gained access to SheCodes Plus for at no cost. It’s a 4 month coding training that’ll take her from a beginner to a professional.

She'll learn popular technologies, from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.
