Rezvan's Story I work for a company for more than ten years, I used to wonder how comes only some of my coworkers, mostly men, and career progressions? I started to observe them and understood they have one thing in common, they all know coding. Since then I decide to improve my abilities and learn the coding skill.

🤹‍♀️ Rezvan's Hobbies

I consider myself as a bookworm, as I can remember I like reading books, when I was a little girl and did not know how to read, my mom used to take me to library and borrow the books I liked and read them out load for me. The library was a remarkable place for me and every book was like a door to a magical world, since then this magical door is still stays open for me.

SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women currently hold 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less money than men. In most developing countries, more than 65% of women don't have bank accounts and cannot afford to invest in their education. Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.

SheCodes is here to help provide women in developing countries and women who are refugees with the opportunity to learn how to code for free. SheCodes offers a solid introduction to product development, product design and product management.
