Tatiana's Story I first became interested in coding in 2016. I tried the basic HTML and CSS course. At that time I didn't have a possibility to continue my education, so I had to postpone it. In the current situation I see it's time to move on and finish what I started back then. .

🙋‍♀️ Tatiana's Motivation

Because of the current situation in Ukraine I have to start looking for new career opportunities. IT is what I'm interested in, and that's where I see myself in future. I'm passionate about writing to code to be able to find a coding job as soon as possible.

Some of my hobbies are reading, music, and dog training.

SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women currently hold 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less money than men. In most developing countries, more than 65% of women don't have bank accounts and cannot afford to invest in their education. Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.

SheCodes is here to help provide women in developing countries and women who are refugees with the opportunity to learn how to code for free. SheCodes offers a solid introduction to product development, product design and product management.
