Muniratu's Story After I had gained employment in my current role, 70% of our work in HOPin Academy involves using IT tools and using these IT tools to communicate to our Entrepreneurs. I had to start learning on the job and through the Internet. However using that method of learning is quite difficult. I believe having a mentor to guide me in coding would help me better understand the topic.

🙋‍♀️ Muniratu's Motivation

To improve my skills for employment. At my currently job, I closely work with young people especially women from different backgrounds and interest. Most of these young people are Entrepreneurs/ startups going through an incubation and acceleration training in my organization. We help them appreciate the and inculcate the use of IT tools in their business operations. As we believe in innovation and creativity. I believe gaining skills in coding would be a great help in my current and future works.
