Nilofar's Story 1. I would like to show the world that girls have capacity to grow, move ahead and get in to the higher education, obtain new skills and knowledge, develop career with the high vision of being future leaders and work for positive change to our community. 2. Through my coding knowledge and professional skills in the future take part in the current society I am living that given me protection and perhaps serve to my community and people when time comes. 3. As the current fast growing technology world is moving with fast changes, we as young generation and future resources, must be updated and prepared and adopted with the new required skills, management techniques and knowledge to take part in the community we live and as a general in the big village of so-called world. 4. SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women currently hold 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less money than men. In most developing countries, more than 65% of women don't have bank accounts and cannot afford to invest in their education. Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.

SheCodes is here to help provide women in developing countries and women who are refugees with the opportunity to learn how to code for free. SheCodes offers a solid introduction to product development, product design and product management.
