Tlalane's Story Seeing that cording is now regarded as a future ready skill I believe this is the correct platform i can get more insights on. considering i have always been curious how cording works but the fear on the unknown and it being a male dominated industry have always stopped me from pursuing it. Also a lot of friendly user platforms were not made available as opposed to now hence I believe i would make a great candidate of She Code. There are several people around me especially females who are already in the Tech industry whom i have seen as they do their work, me being exposed to such environment also striked my interest more and I believe i would need a formal training while i practice what i see on google on the side.

SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women currently hold 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less money than men. In most developing countries, more than 65% of women don't have bank accounts and cannot afford to invest in their education. Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.

SheCodes is here to help provide women in developing countries and women who are refugees with the opportunity to learn how to code for free. SheCodes offers a solid introduction to product development, product design and product management.
