Olga's Story A couple of years ago I was included into project team, working on one digital project within multinational company. The project team represented commercial department and we worked with developers on digitalization of one of the core trade streams. It took some time to start to speak the same language with developers and I was proud I started to craft tech specifications, constantly offering system improvements, understanding specific tech features. But meanwhile I felt that the lead time and deliverables of developers can be better and should be challenged. In order to do this I needed more specific coding knowledge and skills.

Being a person with analytical mindset and always searching for optimization solutions, I would like to become more digitally fluent to boost my ability to analyze information, identify problems and solve complex problems. I'm always challenging overcomplications and try to simplify things and optimize business processes, but being a project manager at current work I do feel lack of tech savviness to challenge status quo and mobilize resources for optimization. As well I'm pretty sure that nowadays coding is a kind of "must have" skill in order to advance in any sphere.

Reading (I constantly follow and read Bill Gate's books recommendation), TED Talks (topics related to self productivity, emotional intelligence, leadership), sports: squash, TRX.

Olga's coding training
