Kateryna 's Story Since my childhood I saw myself as advanced PC user, I liked to explore functions of different programs and played with Office tools. Also at school we had lessons of Informatics where we learnt how to do simple codes. I enjoyed the process and was successful with my tasks, helping other children as well. I chose different way after, but after visiting SheCodes introduction lesson my interest is burning again.

🙋‍♀️ Kateryna 's Motivation

I saw it as a perfect chance for the situation I am in right now. I was forced to leave my homeland and can't work in my current profession without proven diploma and German at B2-C1 (I am at A1 and currently in process of learning language). Also I found myself unhappy with my profession and after spending days in direct danger under bombs, I understood that I don't want to waste my life. It was the main reason why I was looking for other opportunities. I saw SheCodes as a perfect chance to get into IT development and follow my goal to work in IT sphere.

🤹‍♀️ Kateryna 's Hobbies

I enjoy creative hobbies such as painting (I am not good at art and mostly do painting by numbers :)) and knitting. Also I am in a team that participates in intellectual quiz games. We attend National Quiz and What? Where? When?

Kateryna 's coding training

Kateryna has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
