Sajedeh's Story I am a computer engineering student. Before I get to choose my major, I was highly inquisitive and curious about coding and computer stuff. Therefore I did some research and that's when I found out that coding is my thing. In high school, I started to learn about it and I got more interested so I decided to learn more however I could.

🙋‍♀️ Sajedeh's Motivation

I currently study computer engineering in high school and I am very interested in coding. During my classes in high school, I realized the fact that coding is not just a skill. For me, coding is a way of analyzing things. It helped me to look at my problems from a different perspective and solve them involving new methods. So from my point of view, coding is not just a way to get a job and/or make money, it's also a great technique that encourages me to improve my life and how I think and I'm so desirous for it to happen.

🤹‍♀️ Sajedeh's Hobbies

I like to read books, mostly novels. I enjoy drawing faces and I love to discover new things on internet and meet new people. I'm also interested in learning exciting things and I sometimes go swimming as a hobby.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
