Dana's Story After my first job, many of my co-workers went ahead and started their carreer in IT. First, I thought that after customer support-related experience there is no way you could grow and develop in IT area. But if you really want to pursue better job oportunities, coding might be the answer

Looking at the global tendencies now, I can definitely see that coding is one of the biggest area that you can really develop within. It's never-stopping, always improving and giving more and more opportunities to those who like to learn. Thriving for better life, better future for me and my family, I believe, SheCodes will be the best option to get knowledge

I am now trying my best to bring more activity into my life, so hiking, jogging, running are the new, but nice things that I recently discovered for myself. Yoga and meditation might seem a little bit as a clichet, however, these are the thing that help me to relax and pull myself together. I also like to paint, I was even attending art schoool, however, pandemic broke my art plan a bit :) Travelling is the thing that, to my mind, everyone should try! While learning how to dance salsa and bachata, I also became curious in Spanish, and now I am actively learning it as well!

Dana's coding training

Dana has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
