dorian 's Story We had programming classes in my junior high school for a year or two. We worked in very basic platforms of course and even though there wasn't a lot to learn, I loved every class. Since then I was looking for a chance to learn more, but didn't find one until I heard about Shecodes.

🙋‍♀️ dorian 's Motivation

I've given this question a lot of thought and what it basically comes down to is that coding is one of the few things that I'm actually passionate about, I love the logic of it, and I would love to know more about the way programming in general works. I also know it can help me in a lot of ways; in university and after graduation (when looking for a job).

🤹‍♀️ dorian 's Hobbies

I mostly spend my free time watching shows (films and series). I also try to read a lot; I have three or four books read halfway at all times, trying to keep them all going at the same time. I enjoy hanging out with my friends when I get the chance to see them. I'm quite fond of walking alone in places I've never been before while listening to music. Especially if there are trees in said area.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
