Adimchi's Story I became interested in coding during the lockdown. Before that, i was still trying to figure out what was for me, I learnt how to bake, make animation videos among other things during the lockdown. Coding was like the final bus top for me. I was fascinated by how a string of codes could be interpreted by a computer and how you could do so much more with it.

🙋‍♀️ Adimchi's Motivation

I have been pursuing how to code on my own but I've not been able to yield tangible results. I came across the SheCodes community from a friend and she uses this platform to learn how to code and she has made impressive progress so far. I'm also looking forward to learning in an environment that makes me feel like i know what I'm doing and just generally being able to add to my skillset.

🤹‍♀️ Adimchi's Hobbies

I enjoy writing and reading, mainly articles and columns. I also enjoy watching movies a lot. I love listening to music.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
