Aisha's Story I did a little bit of coding in high school, it was nothing serious just the use of simple programs to do basic math and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and knowing that I can continue to learn it just makes me super excited.

🙋‍♀️ Aisha's Motivation

I have always been fascinated by the world of tech and I have been open to any resource that can help me transition and appreciate the tech world more. I have tried coding a few times but learning on my own was a bit hectic and not as fun. I am hoping to gain so much knowledge with as much fun as possible with SheCodes.

🤹‍♀️ Aisha's Hobbies

I like to catch up on my favorite tv shows in my free time and I also read and practice a language.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
