Alina's Story For a long time I wanted to create websites and apps but I didn’t understand what should I do. But when I came to Canada and talked with another IT specialists in FB how I could improve my skills for new work, they recommended me to learn coding. And I thought that it would be a great idea.

🙋‍♀️ Alina's Motivation

For a long time I wanted to change my job (I was a lawyer) because I wanted to have opportunity to earn remotely. Last year I graduated Figma courses. And I wanted to find additional education to became cool UX/UI design / Front End developer. I am anted to create websites, apps. After beginning of the war, when I left without work, I felt strongly how I want to work from any part of the Earth. Now I am in Canada with my two kids. And I can’t work as lawyer. I begin my life in this new country and I want so much to change my life with a changing of my work.

Creating the posters with Illustrator and Figma. Taking photos. I have my own food blog on Instagram. Drawing with watercolour. Sketching.

Alina's coding training

Alina has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
