Allison's Story At university I learned a little bit of coding. However, I couldn't got involved in learning further how to code, but I always thought it was fun and challenging. And I love challenges. I remember I did well at the 2 or 3 subjects I needed to code. I remember my teacher was proud of me, because I put great effort on learning and giving the best of me in the subject. Also my boyfriend works as a developer. I see how he works and I want to learn how to do some things as he can do. Once I needed to accomplish a task for my job and he helped me developing a short tool which facilitated my task.

🙋‍♀️ Allison's Motivation

I believe coding opens the doors to a great number of opportunities. In every career, coding can be included as a very helpful tool in order to optimize any task. To me, entering to the coding world represents to be updated on the technology industry and solve problems on an entertaining way. Another motivation to me is that there are not enough girls on Ecuador that know how to code and I fell is my call to learn coding, so that I can motivate more girls and women to code.

🤹‍♀️ Allison's Hobbies

My hobbies are dancing, watching movies, reading, playing basketball and learning. I like to see videos of the newest inventions in the technology industry and videos about emotional intelligence and psychology. Also, I used to do trekking before, I wish I can continue with that soon. For fun I like to hang out with my boyfriend, my friends, my family and my dogs.
