Amanda's Story My interest in coding manifested in high school during my introduction to basic programming. It was the shear idea of creating a masterpiece from a few code lines that fired up my curiosity to be interested in coding. And also the fact that it teaches some vital skills such as critical thinking and problem solving.

And also coding is a skill that is highly valued in any field , hence these courses would help me improve my coding capabilities and improve my skills on an in demand skill.

My hobbies include listening to music, dancing,cooking especially trying out new recipes . Along with that I enjoy reading fictional novels.

Amanda's coding training

Amanda has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
