Amina 's Story "I first became interested in coding because my curiosity about how websites and apps work. I was curious about how developers build these platforms, and I wanted to learn how to create my own. I felt excited and wanted to learn more.

I am motivated to learn coding because I love solving problems and creating useful things. From a young age, I used to be curious about how websites, apps, and software function. I wanted to understand what happens behind the scenes and how technology can be used to make life easier. Another reason I chose coding is the opportunities it offers. Technology is always evolving, and skilled programmers are in high demand. Coding opens doors to remote jobs, freelancing, and even starting my own business. The idea of working on exciting projects, whether in web development, data science, or artificial intelligence, excites me. Beyond career benefits, coding is also a creative skill. It will allow me to bring ideas to life, whether it’s developing an app, designing a website, or creating a game. Every new challenge in programming will push me to think critically and improve my skills.

Amina has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
