Anastasia's Story As a child, I was presented with a book on programming, reading it was more interesting than attending lectures at school. At my school and later at university, teaching was low, and teachers weren't ashamed to tell girls that they would never be able to master programming. Later, I looked at research that showed why there are so few developers among girls - the patriarchal society did not want to give women the right to receive a quality education. And after that, I began to study the stories of strong women who, despite the pressure of society, became professionals in their fields.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
