Anastasiia's Story I have a friend who is coding and my boyfriend told me a lot about it. Also, I know 3 girls who are coding and they are happy that they choose this profession, study in their own time for personal interest and self-development. I am motivated to learn how to code and to be helpful, meaningful in this profession.

🙋‍♀️ Anastasiia's Motivation

It's a very interesting opportunity to learn something new and to help my country recover our cities in the future. My previous profession (ballet) has no necessity now and its do not matter this time, also I cant give a lot of help because of the small salary. So I want to have a second profession and have the opportunity to work from home. Code is the most interesting profession for me now.

🤹‍♀️ Anastasiia's Hobbies

My profession is my hobby. I'm a professional ballerina. Psychology is my second hobby. Also, I like to draw and I'm in love with the design. I think I want to study graphic design or UI UX.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
