Anna's Story I first started programming when I was studying at Kyiv Polytechnic University in Kyiv. It was a program written in a Delphi environment for an exam task. The second time I programmed for my first job. Mostly in my first job I made drawings and 3D models. However, one of my tasks was to write a program to calculate oil wells. The program was written (also in Delphi), but after some time the project was suspended.

🙋‍♀️ Anna's Motivation

My current profession is a design engineer in the field of mechanical engineering. I was interested in programming but always lacked time, because there was a main job. My work took up almost all my time. I want to change my profession to be more independent of the place of work, as well as to have more time for myself and my development.

🤹‍♀️ Anna's Hobbies

In my free time I like to travel, visit new places, go snowboarding in winter, read books and watch movies.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
