Anna's Story My neighbor showed me, but I always was interested in cybersecurity. It is the sphere of IT is now in high demand in Ukraine. It wasn’t so popular earlier when I entered my university in 2017, but I remember that I had heard about the existence of this profession and found out what it actually mean in tasks. I was interested, but because it seemed too difficult I chose humanity faculty. It seemed to be easier, in fact not, hah:) anyway, my desire to learn coding has been rising and now I am also interested in data analysis, I took some free courses for excel and flow xo, but all the materials are so haphazard.

To get new profession. Since the war began I lost my two jobs and my university education. I realized that my major in Culture Science won’t let me to work anywhere in the world. I need to go ahead and change my education in purpose of new work facilities and because I am interested in coding. It is always admirable how from nothing can be built something new. I haven’t much experience in coding, but I am sure that anything is possible to cope up with. I am ready to devote my time to lessons and practice daily. Thank a lot for this opportunity

To solve logical problems, play chess with my dad, web design in figma, graphic design in Illustrator and learn 4D Cinema to create my own digital world and probably once I will manage to download me there :) joking))

Anna's coding training

Anna has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
