Apeksha's Story I first became interested in coding out of curiosity. I have always loved learning new things, and when I was introduced to coding, I found it fascinating how simple lines of code could create something meaningful. My strong academic background made problem-solving enjoyable, and coding felt like an extension of that—logical, structured, and creative all at once. Attending workshops on AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and Arduino IoT further fueled my interest. Seeing real-world applications of technology made me realize the power of coding and how it shapes the world around us. Beyond that, I saw coding as a skill that could open doors to better career opportunities, financial independence, and creative projects. Whether it’s building a project, automating tasks, or even integrating coding into my content creation journey, I knew this was something I wanted to explore deeply.

My motivation for learning how to code with She Code is simple yet powerful. I aspire to be a software engineer, and coding is the foundation of that journey. She Code provides the perfect platform to enhance my skills, explore new technologies, and connect with like-minded individuals. Beyond career goals, financial independence is a big factor. My family's financial situation has always been a challenge, and I know that mastering coding can open doors to internships, freelancing, and scholarships that can help ease the burden. I also enjoy learning new things, and coding excites me because it's a mix of logic, creativity, and problem-solving. Plus, it complements my interests in content creation, UI/UX, and videography, allowing me to build interactive projects in the future. More than anything, I believe education should never be limited by financial struggles, and She Code is another step toward making my dreams a reality.

🤹‍♀️ Apeksha's Hobbies

I have a lot of interests that keep me engaged and excited! Sketching is one of my favorite hobbies—there’s something peaceful about bringing ideas to life on paper. I also love listening to music, which helps me relax and stay motivated. Another passion of mine is photography, videography, and editing. Capturing moments and creating content, whether for memories or social media, is something I truly enjoy. Writing imaginary stories is another creative outlet for me—I love letting my imagination run wild and crafting unique narratives. Apart from that, I enjoy learning new things, especially in coding, soft skills, and spiritual knowledge. And of course, I love a good quiz or competition, whether it’s drawing, essay writing, or testing my knowledge in different subjects!

Apeksha's coding training

Apeksha has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
