BALON's Story After winning the Cameroon Tech Innovative Challenge 2023, my interest in coding was sparked, and it has since become a great companion in my journey to solve problems. Coding has empowered me with invaluable problem-solving skills that have fostered my creativity and critical thinking abilities. It has given me the tools to approach challenges from different angles and find innovative solutions. Moreover, coding has opened doors to numerous career opportunities in the booming tech industry, where gender diversity is still lacking.
