Bamitale Caroline's Story I first became interested while I was recovering from accident last year. As I scrolled through social media, I stumbled upon women coders and developers who shared their stories, projects and experiences. Women like Adaora Nwodo, Abiola Eniola Aminu and so on. Their passion creativity and resilience inspired me to explore coding as a creative outlet and a potential career path.

I'm excited to apply for SheCodes scholarship and unlock the world of coding. After a life-altering accident last year, I discovered the power of technology in recovery. I became fascinated by the digital tools and platform that helped me cope and connect with others. This sparked a desire to create similar solutions and make a positive impact. Most importantly, this opportunity will create a career path for me and make me self sufficient.

In my free time, I find solace in getting lost in a good book or a captivating movie. I also love playing games that challenge my problem solving skills and strategic thinking.

Bamitale Caroline's coding training

Bamitale Caroline has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
