Benedicta's Story I've always been fascinated by data and its potential to reveal hidden patterns and trends. While my statistics degree provided a strong foundation for analyzing data, I'm eager to delve deeper into the world of coding. My motivation for learning how to code stems from my desire to leverage my existing statistical knowledge into a fulfilling career in data analysis or data science. My BCom degree in Statistics equipped me with strong analytical skills, but I recognize the importance of coding proficiency in these fields. While I haven't had the opportunity to work as a data analyst due to limited job availability in my country, my passion for this field has only grown stronger. By learning to code, I aim to bridge the gap between my statistical background and the technical skills required to pursue data-related careers.

In my free time, I enjoy reading non-fiction books and attending live music events. I also find occasional gaming sessions to be a fun way to unwind.

Benedicta's coding training

Benedicta has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
