Chhavi's Story My interest in coding started in Class 8 when I explored Scratch programming and learned Python through online courses, building small projects along the way. In Class 9, I moved into basic web development with HTML and CSS. Although I paused coding during board exams and JEE preparation, my curiosity for technology remained and I resumed learning and building projects in my first year of college.

I enjoy combining creativity with technology. In my free time, I work on coding projects, explore web development and AI, and participate in hackathons and tech communities. Outside tech, I’ve played piano for 7+ years, recently started learning guitar, and love singing. I’m a three-time zonal-level singing medalist, have represented my school in chess tournaments, and enjoy painting and public speaking

Chhavi's coding training

Chhavi has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
