Chidinma's Story It is very easy to be swept off by the administrative, advocacy etc. part of public health, since Basically we are being thought theoretically in school, I have always searched for ways I could skillfully put what was learnt to practice, and coding became the solution, I surprisingly discovered i found it fun and career directional.

I am a public health practitioner in training, a student in her bachelor's, I crave to contribute to the vision and mission of public health through proper data analytics, this is a sure way to make informed decisions and create better policies to meeting SDG 3 "Good health and wellbeing" for all.

Practicing new SQL and python functions I learnt, beating deadlines, and eating Nigerian party jollof rice with mushy chicken (truth be told it's a dear hobby).

Chidinma's coding training

Chidinma has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
