Esther's Story When I started Seeing success stories about women in Tech I see them making names for themselves in a supposedly man's world. It's another proof that we should not be limited in our carrier path or in the level of what we set our minds to achieve , you only need to be determined and in no time, you're already a guru

🙋‍♀️ Esther's Motivation

I also see it's a good path to financial independence and quite flexible, there are many remote jobs in tech which I see to be very beneficial to a woman

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
