Fateme's Story I found myself interested in coding when I saw a group of law graduate students (my field of study) had created a legal startup which makes prepared legal contracts for the clients with the help of AI. That was the time I realized that coding is the Midas Touch capable of transforming your acquired knowledge into something helpful and easy to use for other people and profitable for yourself.

🙋‍♀️ Fateme's Motivation

The first and foremost reason that induces me to apply for this learning opportunity was my desire to improve my employability. Accompanying this reason is my opinion that coding can provide me with more creative ways for communication with other people. The current options that are available for me to disseminate my thoughts and ideas are writing papers, creating an Instagram/Twitter etc. account or YouTube channel, but learning how to code will complete this list by offering more interactive and effective ways for sharing ideas like creating websites, apps or games. Added to these, I'm really interested into communicate not only with people of my own country, but with people all around the world. I think today, knowing English is not enough for transnational communication, rather it requires being armed with modern skills which coding can be named as one. If I have a word to say, I need to know which mode of communication can impress people more effectively. that's why learning how to code intrigued me.

Fateme's coding training

Fateme has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
