Florence's Story For me, it started with a curiosity in how things were put together, which is equivalent to, I believe, moving from playing games to creating them. There must be some innate impulse to disintegrate and reassemble. It was simply fiddling and breaking and creating something into a mess and then back into a thing again; I don't think it was anything particular.

🙋‍♀️ Florence's Motivation

In the realm of coding, motivation is crucial. Even if I'm just starting off, my diligence is what drives me forward. Even though I haven't learnt a single line of code, I have improved every day, and even a small amount of improvement every day may lift your spirits. Simply keep continuing, and in about a month, you will see a significant improvement. Just consider your main objective.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
