Gift's Story Women all over the world are talking about coding. It's a bias that it is for men, but I think if a man can understand coding, I do better than most my male classmates then I can do it.

🙋‍♀️ Gift's Motivation

I want to make a difference for myself and be creative. I would like to join the STEM. I was afraid that I could not understand how to code, but I want to give it a trial. I have been following shecodes on LinkedIn and I saw the impacts in the lives of many nigerian women and I said to myself " if young women like I am can do it, I can also do it.

🤹‍♀️ Gift's Hobbies

Playing games, writing contents, dancing

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
