Gifty's Story I first got interested in coding during my days in University and I took C programming as a course. I got interested and wanted to learn more. I began to see coding as an outlet of creativity and also learn something new each day. When I moved to start learning python I realized it helps to boost your problem solving and logical reasoning skills. It enables one to exercise and make use of their brain which got me so eager and interested to delve deeper.

The world is moving into a technological phase and I want to build up on that skill so that I can be come more valuable and relevant in my field of work. Recently got to know that She codes women wants to help bridge the gender gap in the tech programming industry and I would love to be part of such movement. I want to be part of the women they’re raising in this generation to excel at what they do and become necessary in today’s increasing technological world.

Gifty's coding training

Gifty has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
