Harshitha 's Story It was all the hype given to coding in the initial days that led to me getting to think, "Hmmm,, interesting!" The coding geeks who've been doing that since their high school days at my Uni got me scared in the beginning. At the same point, they were the ones who pushed me to get deep into coding. Perhaps it'd be accurate to say they are the ones who got me into coding!

🙋‍♀️ Harshitha 's Motivation

Right from the beginning, no matter the number of domains and fields emerge in Engineering, the ones that always get a good and easy lead are SDEs(for which a proper coding knowledge and expertise is needed). I am a Quantum researcher, and a Project Intern in an AI based startup, but they lead me nowhere towards lending a hand to contributing towards reducing burden off my parents.

🤹‍♀️ Harshitha 's Hobbies

It used to be playing, and reading once upon a time, but it wouldn't be exaggerating to say it's coding all around all time!

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
