Ipshita's Story My interest in coding piqued when I got introduced to it by my computer teacher in 7th grade. Learning and implementing logic using JAVA and having that "AHA!" moment when I finally solve the given problem.

🙋‍♀️ Ipshita's Motivation

I believe SheCodes will provide me the platform to grow and empower young individuals to learn and get hands on experience to code. Apart from that, I am curious to learn about web development and app development, and other new technologies, which can possibly help me attain skills to acquire a job in tech industry.

🤹‍♀️ Ipshita's Hobbies

For leisure, I like gardening (something which I have grown to like from my mother), exploring history, sports like swimming, tennis and basketball. I am also an avid watcher and an insane horror movie fanatic. Conjuring, Exorcist, Hereditary...you name it.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
