Ira's Story During my informatics classes at school, I acquired some basic knowledge of coding, which piqued my interest in the field. As I started learning how to do basic coding, I found the process of creating something from scratch incredibly satisfying.

🙋‍♀️ Ira's Motivation

I am writing to express my strong motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes. With 3 years of experience in HR, I have developed a passion for using technology to improve organizational efficiency. I believe that learning how to code will not only enhance my skills as an HR professional but also allow me to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that can benefit the workplace. I have had the opportunity to work with a few HR software and systems, including Workday and PeopleHR. While I am skilled in using these tools, I have always been curious about how they are developed and how I can leverage my knowledge about them. By learning how to code, I am confident that I will gain the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to create and implement HR software and systems that can improve the overall productivity and efficiency of my future team.

Some of my hobbies include reading world literature (I consider myself a bookworm). I have been practicing yoga for nine years straight - practices bring me joy and help to stay centered. Additionally, I love a good hiking adventure and exploring the outdoors.

Ira's coding training

Ira has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
