Ivy's Story i began interested in coding when i saw my elder brother's interest in computers where he would fix broken computer to life, but failed to pursue it due to lack of funds as we were raised by a single mother, as well as my current work place where it takes long to get assistance in a simple computer program.

I have developed interest in computer coding as it seems quite challenging and mind broadening, it will be an escape from the depression i am encountering due the bad economy and will be of much help in bettering my family's future as well as the community i live in. i can be a tool to uplift girls in the community not to indulge in promiscuity and intoxicating substances

Ivy's coding training

Ivy has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
