Jamilla 's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized its incredible potential to create and innovate. I am motivated to learn how to code with SheCodes because I believe that acquiring coding skills is crucial in today's technology-driven world. Outside of coding, I have a variety of hobbies that I enjoy. I'm an avid reader and love getting lost in a good book; it's a great way for me to unwind and gain new perspectives. I'm also passionate about outdoor activities like hiking and photography. Capturing the beauty of nature through my lens brings me a lot of joy. Additionally, I'm a bit of a foodie, so exploring new recipes and cooking up delicious meals is another one of my favorite pastimes. Overall, I find that a balance of intellectual stimulation, outdoor adventures, and creative pursuits adds a lot of richness to my life

Jamilla 's coding training

Jamilla has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
