Jhunnelyn's Story I studied IT in college and I got fascinated with learning how to code. We learnt a few programming languages but what stick to me is HTML and PHP since I am more interested in creating websites. Aside from that, learning to code in HTML from scratch and using just notepad, made me realize my love for coding and finding mistakes while debugging interests me as well.

🙋‍♀️ Jhunnelyn's Motivation

My motivation for learning how to code is to boost my confidence and improve this skill. I understand the fundamentals but when it comes to applying it, I always second-guessed myself. And also, I would love to learn about new technologies. What I learned previously in college may not be applicable nowadays as technology is always changing. With this, I would also love to be able to work remotely as I am a stay at home parent.

🤹‍♀️ Jhunnelyn's Hobbies

I am into arts and crafts. I do hand lettering and design vinyl labels to stick to mugs, tumblers and notebooks for fun.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
