Kabelo's Story Scrolling on TikTok, seeing videos of women who are doing coding and seeing how it has changes their lives is how I first started having interest in coding. Also coming into realization that it is a challenging course I become more interested in it because I enjoy challenges

🙋‍♀️ Kabelo's Motivation

As a person who recently graduated from university (Social Work Degree) I face unemployment and have found myself very eager to take courses that maybe life changing for me. I have also always wanted to be a Woman in STEM but thought it was not possible for me because I already studied something so I take this especially because it is a free course as a step to being part of the STEM world and I believe it will provide me with opportunities that will improve my life especially financially.

Kabelo's coding training

Kabelo has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
