Kateryna's Story I used to play a lot of video games and once I sat and thought that it was incredible that people can program helps to create so many helpful, exciting and funny things that I decided to explore it more.

🙋‍♀️ Kateryna's Motivation

Opening new things have always been exciting for me. Not long ago I became interested in coding and find it interesting, helpful, and thrilling. I always keep in mind that nowadays, it is almost impossible to find a sphere of life that does not involve the use of modern technology. Therefore, being a fluent computer user is an essential skill for a successful and effective life. The ability to code not only helps to improve the job skills but also sometimes might be helpful in day-to-day life. I am convinced that learning how to code with SheCodes will help me to become a better specialist in my studies. In the future, I reckon coding will facilitate a job finding in chemistry, as more spheres will be available for me. Besides that, I have a lot of friends that are into coding, some of them even chose IT for their study program. All of them are in love with coding and cannot imagine their life without it. So hopefully, this experience will help me to understand them better.

I have a few hobbies, but the ones I would draw out are reading and dancing. Embracing the imaginary book world helps to rest my mind while following the music and the beat helps express all my feelings and relax my body.

Kateryna's coding training

Kateryna has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
