Kenzy's Story My initial interest in coding was sparked when I began to play around with Arduino projects and saw how programming could make a device. My demonstrations of how to manage sound, sensor, or light with a few simple codes made me understand how little command lines could change an idea into something tangible. Curiosity, which very quickly turned into passion, was the basis for my decision to do so because I liked the problem-solving aspect and the creativity of making projects from scratch at the same time. That moment ignited my desire to dive deeper into coding not only as a leisure activity but as a competence that could lead to amplification of novelty and future prospects in engineering.

SheCodes has been my motivation to learn coding because it is related to my passion for engineering and technology and my eagerness to use these abilities to provide the real solutions. In my opinion, coding is the most effective tool which enables me to materialize my concepts, be it the creation of a website, the development of an application, or the initiation of a project that can provide help to people. Moreover, I am particularly impressed with the fact that the combining of the both logics and creativity in the code gives me the opportunity not only to solve the problem but also to express my originality. I am optimistic that through SheCodes, I will be able to polish up my technical skills, acquire programming confidence, and become a part of the female techie community who are bringing about positive changes by using technology.

🤹‍♀️ Kenzy's Hobbies

One of my most favorite activities is dealing with small STEM projects, for instance, I love to fiddle with Arduino and do coding just because I like transforming creative ideas into actual designs. In addition to that, I love to read and watch if the books or movies are inspiring, more specifically if they are about science, innovation, or leadership. I also enjoy learning different languages and discovering new cultures during my leisure time. Moreover, I like to hang out with friends and spend quality time with family too. Basically, these pastimes not only assist me in the process of relaxation and re-energizing, but they also give me the opportunity to keep on acquiring knowledge and developing in a manner that is compatible with my personal and academic interests.

Kenzy's coding training

Kenzy has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
