kudzai's Story I first became interested in coding when I attended a Basic html coding class at my extra classes, from there I knew this is what I wanted to do because it fascinated me so much and still does! My cousin who is an actuary then also told me how coding is now essential in any industry and it doesn’t have to be in tech specifically. That is how i became more interested and eager to learn coding

🙋‍♀️ kudzai's Motivation

I would like to break into tech without a tech degree as it is very expensive for me to go to university. The tech industry is growing exponentially and I would like to be a part of that growth. I want to be a woman in tech that break barriers and stereotypes in the ICT industry. She code’s definitely seems like the platform that will elevate me into that direction.

🤹‍♀️ kudzai's Hobbies

I love reading self help and fictional books as well as trying out new restaurants.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
