Lavenda's Story My fascination with coding began to take root during my formative years. As a young individual, I was naturally drawn to technology and its potential to shape the world around us. I vividly remember the excitement I felt when I interacted with software and applications that seemed to perform magical tasks with just a few lines of code. Moreover, the allure of creating something from scratch, of translating my creative ideas into functional programs, deeply resonated with me. The prospect of being able to craft digital solutions that could make a tangible impact on people's lives and the world as a whole was incredibly motivating.

I aspire to transition my career into a field that resonates deeply with my passion. My desire is to leverage my coding skills to address tangible, real-world issues. Since I was a young girl, I've nurtured dreams of actively contributing to a community dedicated to solving practical challenges. Coding, for me, represents the conduit through which I can both fulfill my fervor and advance in my professional journey.

Lavenda's coding training

Lavenda has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
