lera's Story actually, i’m that type of person who likes to try sth totally new for me. and one day this thing was IT marathon where we were introduced to programming itself and exactly to Java language. so at the end it felt like epiphany when i realized what a great combination of analytical and creative abilities is it.

🙋‍♀️ lera's Motivation

when i was introduced to programming, i was blessed to understand what it is to have the job and the passion in one word. and i’m not romanticizing or sth like that! so now i’m going to study for degree in Computer Science, and i would be honored to get such a great opportunity to learn sth new and hone my skills.

🤹‍♀️ lera's Hobbies

i guess, every step that i take when i have free time depends on my mood. one day i’d prefer to read a book ( mostly it is about history, philosophy or psychology ) with a cup of tea in deep silence, and another one i’m ready to wander around the whole day with my friends. btw, i always like to discuss some difficult or ambiguous matters.)

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
