Lethabo's Story I got interested in coding because I was curious about how things work on the computer. When I saw how coding makes apps and websites come to life, it seemed like magic to me. I like the idea of creating things and solving problems with code. It's like having a superpower to build cool stuff with just a computer. That's why I want to learn coding – to make my ideas real and be part of the tech world. I like bringing my ideas to life, which is why noticed that being in coding could help being some of those things to life through coding.

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes stems from a deep fascination with technology and a desire to actively contribute to the digital landscape. I believe that acquiring coding skills is crucial in today's evolving world, and SheCodes' comprehensive curriculum and supportive community make it the perfect platform for me to embark on this exciting journey. I'm enthusiastic about the potential to bring my ideas to life through coding and to open up new opportunities in the tech industry. I believe it could also open more doors for me in the engineering sector. I believe it’s what we young people should focus on in our evolving world of technology.

I enjoy reading, it helps keeping my mind busy. I enjoy watching sports, especially soccer. I also enjoy painting and creating embroidery paintings. I also enjoy writing.

Lethabo's coding training

Lethabo has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
