Lina's Story Since high school besides math, this was my favorite subject, I saw all the possibilities through technologies and now women are more aware and included in the IT field which motivates me to prove what I am capable of and currently, due to the world changing situation has made more interested. I would like to follow this path as my new career.

My motivation to learn programming started since high school, I really enjoyed my web development classes and I am learning by myself, but when making a career decision back I was most concerned about other people worries that the IT field is for men and that I would not be able to succeed, since there are new opportunities I would like to continue this path and be a referent for my family and friends

I love puzzle and learning languages either spoken or Programming languages. I considered myself a curious person and I have been learning front end and read some materials for python since I have an accounting background

Lina's coding training

Lina has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
