Lusanda 's Story Everyone was hit hard during the pandemic. The only industry that thrived and kept the world going during that time was tech. It was exciting to watch all of these different platforms not only allowing people to find a new normal but we found spaces where we could share information and adapt to the changes going on around them.

🙋‍♀️ Lusanda 's Motivation

The flexibility that comes with being able to work remotely has been my biggest motivator for seeking a change in my career. To get an opportunity to learn in a space that allows for personal development and growth as a woman is a motivation for me. There is so much untapped potential in Africa for growth in tech and I aspire to be part of that potential.

🤹‍♀️ Lusanda 's Hobbies

I like to travel. I enjoy doing yoga, going on hikes, reading and cooking.

🎯

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
