Marvellous's Story I first became interested in coding in 2020 when I wanted to create my own website. I felt the need to bring my ideas to life and have the ability to design and manage a platform that truly reflected my vision. This curiosity sparked my desire to learn how to code and build something meaningful from scratch.

My motivation for learning how to code is to acquire new skills in technology and open up opportunities for a career in tech. I’m inspired by the growing impact of coding in various industries and want to be a part of building innovative solutions.

"I love exploring new things, especially crafting with my Cricut machine and trying out ideas inspired by Jennifer Maker. I also enjoy watching new recipes on YouTube and experimenting with them in the kitchen—it’s always exciting to create something new and unique.

Marvellous's coding training

Marvellous has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
