Maryann's Story In highschool, I did ICT and our teacher always told us that there was more to learn besides what he taught in class. That sparked my interest and I was curious to know more. So I did some research and enrolled in some online classes but due to lack of resources, I had to hault on the same.

🙋‍♀️ Maryann's Motivation

I have seen my friends who do a lot of coding and it has influenced me to actually to also learn it too. It will be a great platform to learn and also grow my skills. It'll also be a good source of income once I get all the knowledge I require.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
