Maryna's Story I'm a complete novice in this field, however I have a lot of friends who are already IT specialists but coding became interesting to me only when I realized that in my previous field I became a little tight in terms of implementing ideas. This is the case when there were many ideas but they remained unrealized.

🙋‍♀️ Maryna's Motivation

The motivation to start coding is the emergence of many of my ideas that could make life easier for society and need to be implemented. To enjoy the result of solving problems, to be useful to society - this is the highest reward. A combination of drawing skills, good imagination, 3D modeling skills that I already have with coding skills and future knowledge can open up really great perspectives for future projects.

🤹‍♀️ Maryna's Hobbies

I love creativity and learning, learning foreign languages and I can't do without reading. I draw paintings on canvas, digital sketches on a tablet. I am interested in technical topics, I read something new about it every day. I like to be aware of events. And I am also interested in the topic of psychology.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
